Who we are

Information we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number and/or email address, the city or property location, the services you’re interested in, and any notes you share. We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare estimates, schedule and perform services, and follow up about your job.

Calls, texts and chat

Our phone line and website chat are answered by an automated (AI) assistant that we operate with our technology partner, Aetrai (A&P Studio LLC). Calls may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so we can follow up on your request accurately; chats and texts are saved for the same reason. Recordings, transcripts, and chat history are held by Aetrai and its call provider and are accessible to us from our customer system. The assistant identifies itself as an AI, and it is not a substitute for emergency services — in an emergency call 911.

Phone numbers

Phone numbers collected through this website are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to contact you about your quote request.

Text messaging (SMS) & consent

If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text — by checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, by texting us first, or by telling us so on a call — we may send you text messages about your quote request, scheduling, and your job (for example, confirmations, arrival windows, and follow-up questions). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and are never sold. See our SMS opt-in details for exactly how consent is collected.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that process it on our behalf so we can respond to you, and where the law requires. Currently those providers are:

• Aetrai (A&P Studio LLC) — runs our website, AI assistant, and the customer system where quote requests, calls, and chats are stored.
• Retell — the AI phone and chat platform that answers our line and website chat, including call recordings and transcripts.
• Resend — sends the email notifications for your request.
• Google — address autocomplete on our quote form.
• Cal.com — scheduling.
• Vercel — website hosting; may collect anonymous, cookieless site analytics.
• Zapier — only if we connect it, to copy new quote requests into other business tools we use.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, messages, and call records for as long as we need them to respond to you, perform and follow up on your job, and keep our business records — or until you ask us to delete them. Requests we delete are permanently removed from our customer system after 30 days.

Children

Our services are for homeowners and businesses. This site and our assistant are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we update the effective date at the top of this page.
