Services & quotes

Angelo's Maintenance & Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services in Bloomfield Hills and the surrounding Metro Detroit area. Quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are estimates only; final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Booking a job constitutes acceptance of the estimate provided.

Liability

Services are performed with reasonable care. Angelo's Maintenance & Pressure Washing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for surfaces or materials that cannot withstand standard cleaning methods, where disclosed before work begins. Any concerns should be raised promptly so we can make them right.

Calls, texts and chat

Our phone line and website chat are answered by an automated (AI) assistant operated with our technology partner, Aetrai (A&P Studio LLC). The assistant identifies itself as an AI. Calls may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized, and chats and texts are saved, so we can follow up on your request; see our Privacy Policy for who holds that information. The assistant is for adults requesting service for a home or business, is not directed to anyone under 16, and is not a substitute for emergency services — in an emergency call 911.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in — through the SMS consent checkbox on our quote form, by texting us first, or by giving verbal consent on a call — you agree that Angelo's Maintenance & Pressure Washing may send you text messages related to your quote request and service (quote confirmations, scheduling and arrival windows, and follow-up about your job).

• Message frequency varies based on your request and job status.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at 248-670-2527.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
